Bois-Plage and surroundings
With its magnificent beaches, Bois-Plage is a paradise for sea lovers and water sports enthusiasts, especially the Gros-Jonc beach at Le Bois-Plage and Les Portes en Ré , which offers ideal conditions. The sailing school offers a wide range of activities to suit all levels, from novice to experienced. Youngsters aged 4 to 10 can also learn about the marine environment at Les Moussaillons beach club.
In the surrounding woods, pony rides(Centre équestre le Haras des Evières on the Ile de Ré – Le Bois Plage) are a perfect option to keep the kids entertained. Cycling, the mascot of the Ile de Ré, is another great way to explore the area.
